Weverton Depaula, Optician at Veo Vision Center, is here to help you choose the right frames for your personal taste and visual needs. He is a licensed optician with an associate’s degree in Ophthalmic Design and Dispensing from Middlesex Community College in Middletown, Connecticut.
Weverton belongs to the Connecticut Optician Association COA and has been presented with an award from The Connecticut Optician Association for demonstrating personal and academic growth to achieve his professional career goals.
He specializes in fitting rigid gas permeable lenses for patients with corneal distortions such as keratoconus and post corneal transplant.
Weverton was born in Brasilia, Brazil and came to the U.S. in 1999 on a soccer scholarship. He lived in several cities in the Midwest, and in New York City before settling in Connecticut in 2002.
